Trott, the Citizens’ League candidate for the mayoralty, said that, with the other candidates, he had been asked by :r.e Wanganui Beautifying Society hi. views on the beautification of the ci’v At his first meeting, said Mr. Trott, he had suggested that the Beautifying Society should be revived or the formation of a similar body in order that its members could co-operate with the City Council and the city gardener.
