RIVAL FAC HONS IN SOVIET ADMINISTRATION. Received ay 1. 11.55 p.m. MOSCOW, May 1. Indicating the continuance of the purge, General Dibenko, who led :'ie naval mutineers at Leningrad in 1917, greatly assisting the Bolsheviks’ seizure of power, and who also was a member of the Court that sentenced Tukhachevsky to death, has been dismissed from the commandership of lhe Leningrad district.
