PUBLIC NOTICES * COUNTY OF KIWITEA TRIENNIAL ELECTION OF COUNCILLORS pURSUANT to the provisions ot “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925,” and Amendments, I hereby give Public Notice that the following Candidates have been nominated for the election of Councillors for the County of Kiwitea:— CHELTENHAM RIDING: TAPPIN, Francis Ernest KIWITEA RIDING: CLAPHAM, William George WAITUNA RIDING: McLEAN, Lachlan Thompson ONGO RIDING: WILLIAMSON, John Henry KIMBOLTON RIDING: D’ATH, Andrew Selby PEEP-O'-DAY RIDING: BEARD, James SHANNON, Alvan Ezekiel PAKIHIKURA RIDING: STENT, David RANGIWAHIA RIDING: COUPER, Duncan Thomas HAUTAPU RIDING: SHAW, Walter Purvis As the number of candidates nominated for each of the Ridings of Cheltenham, Kiwitea, Waituna, Ongo, Kimbolton, Pakihikura, Rangiwahia, and Hautapu does not exceed the number of Councillors required, I hereby declare Messrs F. E, Tappin, W. G. Clapham, L. T. McLean, J. JI. Williamson, A. S. D’Ath, D. Stent, D. T. Couper, and W. P. Shaw, to be duly elected as Councillors for the Ridings for which they were nominated. AND Notice is hereby further given that an Election of One Councillor for the Peep-o'-day Riding will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 11th. day of May, 1938, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. The following are the Polling Booths for such election: County Council Chambers.
