MINISTER REMINDED OF DRAKE. LONDON, April 15. Playing darts after the opening of a new drill hall at Croydon, the War Secretary (Mr. I. Hore-Belisha) said: “This seems reminiscent of the famous occasion when Drake played bowls, but the difference is that I know tliere will be no Armada to meet. Everything is going to be very happy.
