EL SENORITA BEST CUP TRIALS AT RANDWICK SYDNEY, April 12. At Randwick, on the inside grass track, which was in good order aftei light rain, the Sydney Cup favourite Genetout worked well over a mile in 1.53. Sir Regent ran a mile in 1.465, and finished strongly, the last live furlongs taking 1.6. L’Aiglon did a strong gallop over 1< miles in 2.20. Deputy Ruler finished too well for Might Not over five furlongs in 1.3 L John Wilkes ran 11 miles in 2.18. El Senorita was the best worker of the Cup horses, traversing 11 miles in 2.17 and going most impressively. The Doncaster candidate Sal Volatile defeated St. Constant over six furlongs in 1.18. Silver Standard ano Cathartes weie together after nine furlongs in 2.1. Gold Rod, looking well, slipped over thre furlongs in 37isec.
