ORGANISING IN WAR TIME MOBILISATION PROVISIONS CHAMBER TO DEBATE BILL [By Telteraph—Pres. Association—CopyrisiU] PARIS, March 20. The Chamber of Deputies on Tuesday will debate a Bill completing the organisation of the nation in war time. It provides for the mobilisation of the fighting forces by the co-operation of the civil and military authorities under a single war command, the mobilisation of industry under a Minister specially appointed, and the mobilisation of defence against aircraft. The underlying principles of the Bill are that everything and everybody must aid the defence of the nation and war must not be a source of profits. “ CHAMBERLAIN MUST GO ” REFUSAL TO SEND ARMS TO LOYALISTS. DEMONSTRATION IN LONDON. LONDON, March 20. Twenty thousand assembled in Trafalgar Square to protest against the bombing in Spain and the British Government’s refusal to grant arms to the Loyalists. Thousands marched to Bermondsey, shouting “Chamberlain must go.”
