.LIGHT ENGAGED IN CLP PROSPECTS FOR TO-DAY fhe Pahiatua Racing Club’s annual .meeting will be held to-day and tomorrow, and it promises to be a succssful lixture, attracting patronage _om the Wairarapa, Manawatu, xawke’s Bay and, Rangitikei districts i addition to Wellington. Maestro, who was narrowly beaten i by Buster Brown in lhe Gorge Hack • Cup at Ashhurst, figures in the Ha-; mua Hack Handicap, and he will be. ridden by G. R. Tattersall.
