NEW MOTOR REGULATIONS
APPLICATION IN SYDNEY 30-MILE METROPOLITAN SPEED LIMIT. Received Dec. 23. 11.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 23. New motor regulations came into force in the Sydney metropolitan area to-day, limiting the speed of cars in the built-up areas to 30 miles an hour and 50 miles an hour in areas beyond the metropolis.
