RUMANIAN ELECTION
GOVERNMENT’S DEFEAT BUCHAREST, Dec. 22. The Government secured only 38 per cent, of the total votes at the election ,and for the first time in Rumanian history the Government in power at the time of a general election was not returned with a Parliamentary majority.
