DIV ORCE PETITION [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Nov. 24. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted Emily Dorothy Greville, in an application against Morice Greville, medical practitioner, Dargaville, before Mr. Justice Fair at the Supreme Court to-day, on the ground of separation by deed of agreement, made in 1930. Petitioner said she was married in 1923. Since the separation she had resided at Auckland. ‘Petitioner was given interim custody of the children and respondent was ordered to pay costs on the lowest scale.
