WITHOUT A CABINET
BELGIAN PARTY DISPUTES Received Nov. 23, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 23. The News-Chronicle’s Brussels correspondent says that Belgium now for four weeks has beer, without a Cabinet. King Leopold yesterday night, in a further effort, summoned the party leaders to the Palace and is understood to have appealed to them to settle their disputes for the country’s sake. It is reported in some quarters that if the deadlock > continues the King himself will nominate a Cabinet of non-Parliamentarians.
