JOCELYN HOWARTH AND GEORGE BRENT Received Nov. 23, 9.30 p.m. LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22. 5 The Australian actress, Jocelyn Howarth, has filed a suit in divorce from the actor George Brent, who ii not expected to contest the action. Complaint states that a property settlement has been reached, so that Miss Howarth will not ask for alimony.
