MARKETS VERY WEAK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE VIEW LONDON, Nov. 22. The markets are very weak. The fall in Brazilians has extended to other sections. British funds are lower, and the oil and mines sections are flat. A Paris message states that World Trade, the monthly journal of the International Chamber of Commerce, which is published in Paris, declares that the prevailing conditions do not indicate the imminence of any major economic depression.
