BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR
A PETONE TRAGEDY. [ Per Pre«.s Association | WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. The body of William Norman Paines aged 27, believed to have resided at Bay Road, Petone, was recovered from Wellington Harbour yesterday afternoon, fully dressed. Apparently it had been in the water for some time.
