OUTBREAK EXTENDS
FOOT-AND-MOUTH DISEASE DRASTIC MEASURES TAKEN. LONDON, Nov. 18. A further outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease has occurred in Lincolnshire, and 08 animals have been destroyed. Drastic measures have been adopted in Switzerland and the Netherlands to stamp out foot-and-mouth disease. Seven thousand cattle have been destroyed in the Netherlands.
