DODECANESE ISLANDS
VISIT TO MUSSOLINI RHODES ISLAND DEFENCE LONDON, Nov. IS. The Dally Telegraph’s Rome correspondent says that Signor •Mussolini has arranged a visit to the Dodecanese Islands before the end ol the year to inspect their defence, particularly Rhodes Island, where he will inaugurate a military and naval air base. It is believed that this and other defence works are planned to offset the British defences in Cyprus.
