SMALL IMPROVEMENT DENIAL OF DEFAULT LONDON, Nov. 18. A small improvement in Brazilian stocks followed the announcement that Brazil will not default after all. The service will be kept up to date until a new agreement is reached. The announcement came as a great surprise to the market. Business in other departments was small.
