NEW ZEALAND WINNERS LION HUNT AND COLOSSICAL Received Nov. 18, 11.50 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 18. At the Maitland races, Lion Hunt won the Branxton Novice Handicap (five furlongs) and Tasman was second in the Paterson Maiden Welter Handicap. At Bendigo (Victoria), Colossical won the Steeplechase, in which the favourite, Roger's Hope, fell and broke his neck.
