ANTI-SEMITIC ACTIVITY
SERIOUS DISTURBANCES 19 STUDENTS ARRESTED Received Nov. 18, 10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 18. The Times’ Budapest correspondent says that anti-Semitic demonstrations by the Faculty of Philosophy at the Bucharest University left serious disturbances. Twenty windows were smashed. The police were summoned and 19 students were arrested.
