DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB Weather conditions were favourable for shooting on Saturday afternoon, but there was only a fair attendance of members owing to the show in I Falmerston North. Russell 1, Mrs H. F. Russell 2, Mrs W. Klatt and Mrs Whitehead 3, equal. A social afternoon will take the place of a demonstration at the December meeting, and the competition will be for the best collection or flowers arranged in a bowl.
