Hubert Pierlot has informed th< King that he is unable to form 1 Cabinet The Van Zeeland Cabinet resigned on October 25 as the result of a crisH arising from the internal affairs of the National Bank, but not associated with financial difficulties. M. Pierlot was Minister of the Interior, Social Welfare, and Public Health in the de Broqueville Cabinet from June to November, 1934, and Minister of the Interior in the ITheunis Cabinet from November, '1934, to March, 1935.
