ANTI-COMMUNIST PACT
GERMANY, ITALY AND JAPAN. VON RIBBENTROP AT ROME. BERLIN, Nov. 4. Herr von Ribbentrop has gone tS Rome in connection, it is believed, with an anti-Communist pact. The German Embassy in Rome confirms the belief that Italy, Germany, and Japan will sign an anti-Com-munist pact. TO BE SIGNED TO-DAY JAPANESE TRADE WITH ABYSSINIA. Received Nov. 5, 9.50 p.m, ROME, Nov. 5. The three-Power anti-Communist pact is being signed on Saturday. It is possible that an Italian-Japanese trade agreement will be signed at the same time to regulate commercial exchanges between Japan and Abyssinia.
