LEISURE TIME Much has been written regarding the best method of using the leisure time provided by recent legislation. Unless the spare time gained by reason of the 40-hour week is used to advantage the object of the legislation is defeated. It is well known that travel is one of the best means of broadening one’s outlook. For those who cannot undertake extensive tours week-end excursions provide splendid opportunities for visiting other centres at a very small cost.
