SCHOOL DENTAL SERVICE 20 NURSES AVAILABLE [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 27. Extensions of the school dental service are planned for next year, said the Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, to-day. The preliminary posting of nurses available for next year had enabled an additional nurse to be allocated to existing clinics in each of the following places: Thames, Pukekohe, Ellerslie, Dannevirke, Rotorua, Nelson, Westland, Napier, Whangarei, Beckenham, Linwood and th? Tau-ranga-Te Puke area. Twenty nurses will be available for new clinics. The Government had considered the reinstatement of subsidies on the erection of dental clinics and had decided to make these available on the basis of £2 for £l.
