AUSTRALIAN GLASS INTERIM DIVIDEND UNCHANGED Australian Glass Manufacturers Co., Ltd., have advised the Stock Exchange Association that the directors have decided to declare a dividend of 4i per cent, on the preference shares and an interim dividend of 6 per cent, on the ordinary shares for the half-year ended September 30 last, payable on November 17. The ordinary interim dividend is at an unchanged rate. The total distribution for the last financial year was 15 per cent. ANTHONY HORDERN INTERIM DIVIDEND RAISED Anthony Hordern and Sons Ltd. have advised the Stock Exchange Association that the following dividends in respect of the half-year ended August 25, 1937, are payable on November 17: On the preference shares at the rate of 7i per cent, per annum (less the statutory reduction). On the ordinary shares at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum. The interim dividend last year was 2 per cent., the total distribution for the full 12 months being 4i per cent. NEMONA GOLD DREDGE DIVIDEND The Nemona Gold Dredging Company, Limited, has declared a dividend (No. 7) of one penny per share (free of income tax) on all shares, payable on Friday, November 5. This dividend represents a distribution of £l5OO to the shareholders, and makes a total of £10,500 paid in dividends since operations commenced in June, 1936. VICTORIA NYANZA SUGAR Victoria Nyanza Sugar Co., Ltd., advised the Stock Exchange Association that net prolit for the year ended June 30, 1937, was £25,624. A dividend of 6 per cent, is payable on January 26, 1938. The dividend for the previous year was 3 per cent.
