NEW PLYMOUTH BOUT WALKER AND NOLAND REFEREE STOPS CONTEST [ Per Press Association. 1 NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 24. The wrestling bout between George Walker and Don Noland developed into a wild melee of flying fists and kicking and was stopped in the fourth round without a decision. Both contestants and the referee were spattered with blood. The police twice intervened before the referee stopped the bout.
