MEAT VAN DERAILED
MISHAP NEAR NEW PLYMOUTH [ Per Press Association, j NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 22. The derailment of a meat van attached to the Auckland-New Plymouth express about 11 miles from New Plymouth this morning delayed the arrival of the train for 41 minutes. The departure of the New Ply-mouth-Wellington express was delayed 65 minutes. No damage was done to the track, and the passengers were not alarmed bv the incident.
