BUSINESSMEN’S DESIRE AGREEMENTS WITH AMERICA CAPETOWN, Oct. 21. The Chambers of Commerce Congress urged the Government to cooperate with the British Commonwealth to secure reciprocal trade agreements with the United States and so enlarge the volumn of international trade and increase the circulation of gold.
