Wilson won by default from Mrs. Dean; Mrs. McDonell defeated Mrs. de Burgh; Mrs. Webster won by default from Mrs. Tricker; Mrs. Hendry defeated Mrs. W. Wilson. Junior.—Miss Anderson won by default from Mrs. Laurence; Mrs. Russell defeated Mrs K. Amon; Mrs. Last-Harris won by default from Miss Palmer; Miss Guy won by default from Mrs. Drew; Mrs. H. Pearce won by default from Mrs. Gibbons; Mr . W. Pearce defeated Mrs. Sadler; Mrs. D. Wilson won by default from Mrs. Natzke. Following is the draw for the second round, to be played on Tuesday. Miss Kil-gour-Carter CRfCKET CLUB The annual general meeting of the Bulls Cricket Club was held last week. Mr. F. A. Holland was in the chair, and there was a fair attendance of members. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, the bal-ance-sheet showing that the club’s credit balance had improved from £6 8s 2d to £lO 4s 5d during the year. The reported stated: “Favoured with good weather for the season, the club had some very enjoyable games, and came out. with honours even. Our sincere thanks are due to the Domain Board for the excellent order in which the ground was kept during the season; and to the Press for the excellent reports given of the games played, and the help that they gave foi the good of the game. Prospects for the coming season appear to be very bright, and given fine weather, members can look forward to many pleasant games. The committee wish the club every success in the coming season, which they trust will surpass hl! others.” The election of officers resulted:— Patrun. Mr. F. A. Holland; president, Mi. E. V.
