THE FEILDING SALE VALUES AT LATE RATES [ Per Press Association. ] FEILDING, Oct. 22. A moderate yarding of both sheep and cattle sold at late rates at Feilding to-day. A few head of run stock made good values while best store sheep improved a shade. Range of prices: Fat Sheep.—Hoggets, prime, 30s to 33s 3d, lighter 23s 3d to 28s 6d; ewes, best, 30s to 34s 4d, others 24s to 28s 9d; wethers 32s 3d to 36s 3d. Store Sheep.—Wether hoggets 24s 8d to 295; ewe ditto, extra good, 40s to 42s 9d, others 33s 5d to 37s 6d; ditto 20s 4d; ewes and lambs all counted, 23s Id; two-tooth wethers 30s. Store Cattle—P.A. three-year steers £8 12s 6d to £9 10s; P.A. £s to £6 Is; yearling P.A. steers £6 ss; small m.c. ditto £3 2s 6d to £3 12s 6d; yearling Jersey heifers £2 16s to £5; forward cows £3 7s 6d to £4 17s 6d. Fat Cattle. —P.A. cross Hereford cows £9 12s 6d to £l2 l?s 6d; exrdairy £5 10s to £7 15s; Red Polls, ox, £9 to £l4; runners £3 15s.
Dairy Cattle.—Springing cows £6 5s to £9 10s; cows in milk £5 5s to £8; heifers, ditto, £5 to £5 10s; springing heifers £5 to £9 ss.
