FOREIGN AFFAIRS PARTY LEADERS TO SPEAK [ British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, Oct. 20. The debate on foreign affairs will take place in the House of Commons on its reassembly to-morrow, when a wide and general survey of the international outlook will be contributed by Mr A. Eden. The Prime Minister will also speak, and others expected to take part in the debate are the Labour and Liberal Opposition leaders and Messrs Winston Churchill and Lloyd George.
