OUTSIDE WORK BANNED

BOROUGH COUNCIL’S STAFF NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 19. Permanent employees of the Ne\f Plymouth Borough Council may not accept any other work for pecuniary gain, according to a decision of the council. It had been reported to the council that a few members of its staff had been accepting work from other employers.
