WANGANUI EAST CLUB SEASON’S TROPHY WINNERS The annual meeting of members of the Wanganui East Swimming Club will be held at the Wanganui East Town Hall to-night. The following is’ the list of championship winners during the 1936-37 season: —■ H. Dornbush. —25, 50 and 100 yards junior boys. J. Taunton. —220 yards junior boy*. C. Fowler.—so, 100 and 220 yarns intermediate boys. H. Fitch.—Boys’ dive. R. Lowe. —50 yards senior men. J. Campbell.—7s, 100, 220 yards senior men. Nola Hawke.—2s, 75 and 100 yards junior girls, 25, 50 and 75 yards breaststroke, junior girls’ dive. Esme Goldthorpe.—so and 100 yards intermediate girls. Molly Walker. —100 yards senior ladies. R. Phizacklea.—Men’s dive. Queen, Waitoru, Grey Seal 8.8. Flying Handicap, of £130; six furlongs.—Alma 9.7, Grand Finale 7.11, All Humbug 7.5, Stolen March 7.4, Fairweather, Silver Lark 7.3, Dissemble 7.0. Charlton Hack Handicap, of £130; one mile.—Ardchoille 9.8, Thermidor, Johnny 8.11, Hanlon 8.10, Pink Rose 8.4, Natty 8.3, Gambler’s Luck 7.12, Baitruin, Wonderful 7.8, Coxcomb 7.7.
