RADIO PLAYS
PRODUCER APPOINTED. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 18. Mr. B. V. Beeby, of Christchurch, has been appointed producer of radio plays for the National Broadcasting Service. Mr. Beeby is producer for the Canterbury Repertory Theatre Society and teaches speech training privately. He has had considerable experience as a producer for professional companies as well as experience as an actor. The radio side of his work included the production of plays for 2BL and 2FC, Sydney. He is producers for the Austral Players, 3YA Christchurch.
