HEAVY SENTENCES
NON-FASCISTS IN ITALY Received Oct. 17, 8.25 p.m. ROME, Oct. 17. Osvaldo Negarville was sentenced to 18 years for spreading Communist propaganda and 13 other non-Fas-cists to various terms. This brings the total to 40 sentenced during the last week.
