BARING HEAD BEACON
I Per Press Association. ) TIMARU, Oct. 16. The Minister of Marine, the Hon. P. Fraser, said this morning that Captain Davey, of the Awatea, was present at the opening of the Baring Head beacon and this morning the Minister received the following radiogram from Captain Davey: “Baring Head beacon tested with excellent results.'”
