MEN OF OVIET NAVY. “FLEET IMPREGNABLE.” MOSCOW, Oct. 15. The Defence Commissar, M. Voroshilov, after the four-day Baltic manoeuvres, said: “Our battle fleet is impregnable. We are in a position to face an enemy whether it attacks single-handed or in co-operation with other enemies. The men of the Soviet navy are the best in the world.”
