FROM NIGERIA TO RED SEA NEW BOOKS AT LIBRARY “Three-wheeling Through Africa by James C. Wilson, one of the now books added to the shelves of the Wanganui Library, tells of an amazing journey on a motor-bike and side-car from Nigeria to the Red Sea over 38,000 miles of jungle footpaths, desert caravan trails and military roads. Of the route, 600 miles had never been crossed by a vehicle before. “The Press and World Affairs,” by R. W. Desmonda is a book written by an expert which gives a new insight into the intricacies of reporting and publishing the news of the world. This a book which should be read by every alert citizen; having read it he will be able to read his daily newspaper with greater understanding.
