MAGISTRATE’S COURT

The following cases were dealt with at the Court yesterday, before Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M.:—

John Hammond, who failed to give way at an intersection, was fined £2, with costs 13s.

Wm. R. Mummery and Archibald W. E. Montgomerie, who allowed their chimneys to take fire, were each fined 10s, with costs. Sidney John Sievers, who parked his car in Guyton Street within six feet of a fire plug, was fined 10s, with costs 10s.
