PROPRIETOR FINED £3O A HASTINGS PROSECUTION [ Per Press Association. } HASTINGS, June 10. A police raid in Hastings last evening had its sequel in the Hastings Magistrate’s Court, to-day when Francis Stanley Rhodes appeared before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., charged with allowing rooms in Davis Street to be used as a common gaming house. Rhodes, who pleaded guilty, was fined £3O, two months being allowed in which to pay. Detective-Sergeant L. Revell said that he found betting apparatus on defendant’s premises. It was defendant's first offence
