CONFERENCE DISCUSSIONS POSITION IN PACIFIC LONDON, June 8. After further reports categorically declaring that the Imperial Conference has decided to recommend the construction of two liners to compete with the Matson Line, the Associated Press is authoritatively informed that no decision of any kind have been reached, and it is even possible that no decisions will have been reached when the Conference terminates. Accordingly, tentative arrangements have already been made to enable a continuation of the discussions by a Governmental interchange of views after the delegates depart from London.
