MANAWATU COUNTY MR BARBER RE-ELECTED CHAIRMAN At yesterday’s meeting of the Man-5-v. atu County Council, Mr W. E. Barber was re-elected chairman for lhe ensuing year. Leave of absence was granted Mr Barber for several months while he is away on an extended trip; Cr. Jas. Boyce being elected deputed-chairman bi Mr Barber's absence.
