ME?IBEE For. V.’A ITEM ATA INJURED I I’ei I*.--* | AUCKLAND, A painful accident which has temporarily deprived him of the use of his right arm, was suffered by Mr. W. J. Lyon, M.P. for Waitemata, as the result of a fall at the returned soldiers’ gathering at Takapuna on Saturday atfernoon. Mr. Lyon fractured a bone in his arm and an X-ray examination revealed that the humerus had been r.pHt for an inch or more. Mr. Lyon left by the Limited express for Wellington .to-night.
