GERMAN POLICE DECREE
ADDITION TO CRIME LAW "DRUNK IN CHARGE OF BOOTS.” BERLIN, June 6. “Being drunk in charge of a pair of boots” will be a crime in Germany soon under a police decree ordering blood tests, not only for motorists involved in accidents, but pedestrians and cyclists, and people proved to be under the influence of alcohol will remain under arrest until their trial.
