Advances to the State for other purposes remain unchanged at £2OO.- , 000. L Investments are unchanged at £2,906,450. Other assets total £67,160, a decrease of £2765. A decrease of £48,002 brings the note issue down to £12,974,590. Demand liabilities to the State total £7,383,790. an increase of £462,951. The trading banks’ reserve balances, at £10,133,953, show a decrease of £43,758. Other demand liabilities amount to £971.144. an increase of £39,7g4. Other liabilities total £123,761. a decrease of £5130. The statement balances at £33,087,239, an increase of £405,814.
