Max Schmeling’s managers an* nounced that he would meet Louis at New York in September if the latter succeeded in winning Braddock's title. Schmeling has sailed for Southampton to witness the match between Farr and Neusel. If Farr wins the German and British Boxing Boards will be asked to declare the heavyweight title vacant, paving the way for a match between Schmeling and Farr.
