NATIONAL BANK OF AUSTRALASIA
The board of directors of the National Bank of Australasia, Ltd., at the meeting to-day, re-elected Sir James M. Elder,, K.8.E., and Hon. Sir Frank Clarke, K.8.E., M.L.C., chairman and vice-chairman respectively for the ensuing year. The above cable message dated May 27 was received yesterday by the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd., which acts as agents in New Zealand for the National Bank of Australasia, Ltd. An earlier cable message dated May 26 said: Ordinary general meeting has closed. Report and balance-sheet as published adopted. Retiring directors, Messrs. H. G. Darling and D. York Syme, and auditors, re-elected.
