COMMISSIONER DALZIEL 1 Per Pfc«b Amoeiatlon. ] AUCKLAND, May 3 After being with the Salvation Army in Canada and Newfoundland for the past six years, Commissioner W. R. Dalziel, who is travelling by the Niagara to take charge of the Army b operations in the combined States of New South Wales and Queensland, said that the Army had an enormous field of operations in Canada. The Dominion had gone through a difficult period, but the general condition was now much improved.
