Kapiti (249 tons) is expected at Wanganui to-day. She will load and sail for Wellington after discharge. (Burgess and Go.) RATA FROM WESTPORT. The Anchor Company’s t.s.s. Rata (974 tons) is exi«cted to load practically a full load of coal for Wanganui et Westj»ort to-day. The coaster is due here to-morrow evening or Thursday morning. After discharge at Wanganui the vessel will sail for Westport and Greymouth. (Cock and Co.) BREEZE EN ROUTE. En route from Dunedin. the Canterbury Company’s m.v. Breeze (622 tons) is listed to load for Wanganui at Wellington to-day and at Picton to-morrow. The vessel is due here again next Thursday. After discharge at the Tbwn Wharf she will sail for Wellington, Dunedin, Oamaru. Timaru and Lyttelton. (Millward and Co.) THE GALE. The Canterbury Company’s m.v. Gale (622 tons) is listed to load for Wanganui at Timaru to-day. Lyttelton to-morrow and at Wellington on Thursday. With consignments of general cargo, the vessel is due here again on Friday. OVERSEAS VESSELS. (To Berth at Castlecliff.) LARCHBANK TO-DAY. Weather and cii cumstances permitting the Bank Line’s 5150-ton motor-ship Larchbank, en route from Ocean Island, via Auckland and New Plymouth, is expected at Wanganui to-day. She is coming to the agency of Messrs. C. F. Millward and Co. and has a cargo of rock phosphate for Messrs. Kempthorne. Prosser and Co.’s chemical works at Aramoho. * NEW MISSION SHIP. The Melanesian Mission's new motor-ship Southern Cross VII (240 tons. Captain R. A. Williams) is expected at Wanganui early on Friday morning from New Plymouth. The vessel is on a coastal cruise of New Zealand ports and is scheduled to sail on Friday evening for Wellington. She w.’ll probably berth at the Town Wharf. CARGO OF NEWS PRINT With a full cargo of news print from Liverpool (Nova Scotia), which she cleared on April 13, the British steamer Trelyan )s due at Auckland about May 23. She will subsequently discharge at New Plymouth, Wanganui, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The vessel is due at Castlecliff early in June. (Millward and Co.) KALINGO TO LOAD. The U.S.S. Co.’s intercolonial freighter Kalingo (2047 tons) is listed to load for Wanganui, via New Plymouth, at Newcastle and Sydney about the middle of May. With coal and general cargo, the vessel is due here towards the end of the month. Messrs. C. F. Millward and Co. are her local agents. HOMEBOATS DUE. (To Load in Roadstead.) THE PORT CAROLINE. To load wool, frozen meat and dairy produce in the Wanganui roadstead, the Port Line freighter Port Caroline (11,695 tons) is expecteii on Sunday from Dominion ports, via Bluff. She is scheduled to sail on May 12 for Wellington and Lyttelton; thence May 16 to London, via Cape Horn. (Sm’.th, Beauchamp and Co.) THE TONGARIRO. The Federal freighter Tongariro (9008 tons) will commence her loading during discharge at Port Chalmers on May 21 and completes at Oamaru, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Opua, Gisborne and Auckland. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s freighter Westmoreland (8339 tons) will load during discharge at Auckland on May 25 and

The Port Line’s freighter Port Fairy is due at Lyttelton on June 8 from Launceston to commence her loading and completes at Gisborne. Waikokopu. Wanganui, Picton and Wellington.
