REVIEW OF PAST YEAR STATEMENT OF MEMBERSHIP ROME, March 9. Signor A. Starace, reporting to the Fascist Grand Council, announced that the party membership is: Fascist, 2,027,400; University Fascist, 75,436; Young Fascists, 1,270,435; female Fascist groups, 1,344,737; Fascist associations, 691,531; clubs and sporting associations, 3,842.450. The Council passed a resolution approving of the party’s activities In 1936, and the activity of the Fascist corporations which proved themselves “the most useful economic instruments yet devised for Italy.”
